Uncut Pile Fabrics: Fabrics produced by weaving the yarn that is intended to be the pile stock over wires that have no cutting edge.
Ulster: A fabric which weighs between 24 to 30 ounces per metre. The warp yarn has a right hand twist while the weft is given a left hand twist. Originates from Northern Ireland.
